Managing a webinar series can get tricky, especially when juggling three webinars at once. Let me break it down:

This visual helps you see how these tasks overlap. The checklist is your go-to tool for keeping everything on track without feeling overwhelmed. You might miss a detail here or there, but this structure will set you up for a successful webinar series! Feel free to make any adjustments to better suit your business.

Tip: For greater success, at Channable we replace the landing page and form (for the next month webinar content*)* about an hour before the “this month’s webinar.” This way, you can start inviting attendees of the webinar you host that day while ensuring the new information is ready and available even before the next promotion begins.

2. How to use the checklist:

a) The checklist explained:

Goals & Webinar details Set clear goals and define webinar details before launching your next promotion. Goals are essential for tracking the progress of your webinar series. While many professionals overlook this step, it’s crucial for gaining valuable insights and making month-over-month improvements.
Promotion This includes email invitations, social media promotion, and social ads. You can also add other channels, like third media or influencer marketing, to expand your reach depending on your budget and resources.
Prepare for next speaker This activity overlaps with the content planning for this month’s webinar. The sooner you gather information from the next speaker, the better you can tailor the content to your audience and prepare to update the landing page with the new form and details.
New landing page, form and event creation This step may vary depending on the webinar tool you’re using. Create the event, double-check the settings, and share the correct link with your speakers. To avoid any hiccups during the live event, we also schedule a rehearsal in a separate room.
Rehearsal & Deck This is another step many professionals overlook. If you want to align on content and expectations, now is the perfect time. Prepare the information you’ll share with the speaker in advance to ensure everything is clear before the live event. Also, before confirming the date and speaker, check that they’re willing to join the rehearsal session.
Webinar day Get ready for the webinar.
Follow-up (after webinar) Some tasks take place before the webinar, such as drafting emails and adding them to your CRM, while others, like sending the emails, happen afterward.
Results & Reflect Share the results and discuss insights and improvements with your team.
